Conducted a survey on appropriateness and quality of educational consultancy services provided under 2 contracts to 15 Company schools world-wide, as part of a mid-term review of the consultancy contracts.

2004-6    Major Oil Company

Advised on the setting-up of a project organization, including processes and infrastructure, to execute the HR aspects of the transfer of several hundred employees from one country to another as part of a major corporate restructuring.

2000-1       Telecommunications Operator

Executed a Revenue Recovery diagnosis targeted at identifying revenue lost through various forms of process and systems leakage. The diagnosis revealed leakage of some €100M on an annual basis.

2000          Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturer

Led a project to develop competence management within this globally operating supplier, and to prepare the rollout thereof using an Employee Self Service interface to a new global HR system.

1999-2000 Telecommunications Operator

Led a workstream establishing order-to-cash and supply side processes of acceptable performance. The work was part of a major initiative to bring this ex-joint venture operating pan-European corporate data, voice and IP networks under financial control and turn it into a viable company. Complex aspects of the assignment included changing ownership, the introduction of a Web-based ordering system for highly complex network services, multi-site operations, an unusually complicated business model and conflicting corporate cultures.

Evaluation and streamlining of primary processes and quality systems for this company, which was making the transition from laboratory orientation to large scale production.

1997-8       Manufacturer of Engineering Plastics

Coached two teams re-engineering the Prospect-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes as part of a major strategic initiative.

Led working groups on processes and facilities for the integration of Valuable cargo handling and Diplomatic cargo handling.

Participated in the construction of a Business Case which identified major business benefits from a rapid change programme supported by an ERP system.

Set up a pilot project for the application of Quality Function Deployment to the development of a new version of an existing, highly complex product.
