· Healthcare Service Innovation: Coached and supported a (largely virtual) international project team through the development of a business plan and investment proposal for the establishment of a new service business (€100M+) in multiple markets from 2010. The business, part of a 30,000-strong multinational equipment supplier, is now in the start-up phase.
