·         Healthcare Service Innovation: Coached and supported a (largely virtual) international project team through the development of a business plan and investment proposal for the establishment of a new service business (€100M+) in multiple markets from 2010. The business, part of a 30,000-strong multinational equipment supplier, is now in the start-up phase.

·         Hospital Pharmacy MBO: Supported a Dutch hospital pharmacy serving several hospitals and healthcare organizations through the process of a management buyout, including market analysis, scenario development, business planning and stakeholder management. The investment program for new facilities has now started.

·         Reorganization of Healthcare Field Engineer training: Facilitated an international team of training managers to develop a 3-year change plan to address unacceptable backlogs in training of 7,000 Field Engineers. The plan led to a reorganization that has now been executed and a series of innovations that help get engineers trained despite major scheduling challenges.
