What is Zebra?

Zebra Management Consulting is a small strategy and business consulting firm, founded by Nick Fryars in December 2002. Zebra helps its clients improve their business performance while growing their own staff's capabilities. It aims to offer its clients expertise normally associated with leading international consultancies at substantially lower cost and with greater flexibility.

Who is Nick Fryars?

Nick Fryars has worked as a management consultant since 1989, after 14 years in technical and line management roles. He:

• is an expert in strategy and management in complex environments
• works with clients and their teams as an independent consultant
• involves researchers and associates where necessary to satisfy particular specialist requirements
• supports clients in multiple roles, including facilitator, lead analyst, project manager or auditor/evaluator
